Those on low incomes but above the Legal Aid threshold are faced with stark choices. Ensuring mediation is accessible to these families is of paramount importance.
With Legal Aid payment fees not being reviewed for over 19 years and stringent contract rules, the number of providers offering legal aid is dropping fast.
